Case Study 5 – Level 2

Case Study Submission Instructions

For each case study, please follow the steps below:

  1. Document Your Experience
    Keep a copy of each case study for your own records. We recommend drafting your report in a Word document or Google Doc so you can easily copy and paste it into the submission form. A blank template is provided for your convenience.

  2. Submit Your Case Study Report
    Use the Google Form linked below to submit each case study. Please submit each case study as you complete it—rather than waiting to submit all five at once—so you can receive feedback early and continue improving throughout the course. You will receive an automated email from Google Forms when you submit a case study and again when you receive a grade. Feedback and grading can take up to 3 weeks.

  3. Include All Case Study Requirements
    Be sure to complete all case study requirements to receive full credit. Please don’t rush through this assignment.

    Don’t forget:
    – You MUST complete at least one follow-up with your client prior to turning in your case study.
    – Include the dilution rates and how you created each dilution under the “Oils Used” section of your report.
