Alternative Therapy Release Form Local copy (PDF): In Texas, veterinarians are required to obtain written consent by the owner or representative for any alternative therapy, such as essential oils. Iād recommend that as you do as well, as you continue on your Animal Aromatherapy Specialist journey. Here is my very simple consent form (which includes other modalities that I use as well) that you can feel free to review and borrow some of the language in to create your own consent form(s).
